  5. Bake in oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 1 hour 20 minutes or until cooked through. The outside will get a little burnt but don’t worry - important to check the inside is cooked..
  6. Remove from oven, cool slightly and then slice. Serve with salad and pita bread. A nice side dish is some yoghurt with mint (in winter I substitute a teaspoon of mint sauce from fresh mint)..
